Malvern Buttery: A Delightful Bakery and Café Experience in Malvern, PA

Great food. Full menu with varied choices. Unique ingredients that come together to form combos that work. Turkey and cheddar works well with slaw and slices of apple. Noise level can be a bit intense when eating in, but well worth it. Update: We've since recommended The Buttery to several friends. It's worth checking out! Parking can be a bit hard to find, but be patient, and drive up and down the main street to find a spot.

Great food with a fantastic atmosphere and ambiance, though it is very expensive. Worth trying to see if the price feels justified. Two people, each having a slice of pizza and a ham and cheese croissant with two bottles of water, came to $40. This will probably be an occasional treat for me, maybe once every few months. I understand the higher prices, given the labor and effort involved in running a proper bakery. The vibe reminds me of a London café when I’m there

Cake, bakery, dessert, salads, coffee. They have everything and are all tasty. Their bakery products have a very crispy texture. You can hear the crunchy sounds in every bite, which is a joyful experience to me. We have been here many times during summer and the outdoor seating areas are all full before 10am. There are seating area inside. People working there are super friendly. For instance, I ordered a large Americano, and they told me there are four shots inside and asked me if it is too strong and would like to make adjustments, etc. Overall, we are so grateful to have something like Malvern Buttery around the neighborhood.

I’ve been wanting to visit for forever now, and it definitely did not disappoint!! I got the turkey sandwich and a vanilla iced oat milk latte; both were incredible! The interior is giving farmhouse rustic vibes, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating available too. They have plenty of food options from pastries to sandwiches to salad. I can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu!

Such a great spot! The pastry case is huge and filled with savory and sweet offerings from berry pastries to cheddar and chive croissants. The drink menu is also pretty solid! A few tables and counter seating inside, plus lots of outdoor seating on a nice day.

Been here a few times. The drinks are okay, but the baked goods are awesome. Seating is limited. They have a handful of bar stools and a few tables inside. If the weather is nice, there’s a lot of outdoor seating.

We stopped into the Buttery to have lunch and it was fantastic! For our meals, we had the croissant and the lemongrass rice bowl. Perfect portions and great flavor. We also had a chocolate chip cookie for dessert - would eat here again!!

Phenomenal brunch spot, offering house-made bakery items and elevated breakfast staples. I had the mushroom pizza and basque cheesecake, both were amazing and fresh. There was a bit of a line but it moved fast and there was virtually no wait for the food to arrive. Seating is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. I can’t wait to come back and try the other menu items.
